    -How to identify triggers and navigate the urges to binge using symptom interruption tools.

    -How to normalize your binge foods so they become no big deal foods.

    -How to navigate stress and anxiety and build and incredible toolbox for when these feelings arise.

    - Explore how your plate reflects your life. Because it’s never really about the food!

  • This program is designed to take you from binge eating to a balanced relationship with food and body. That said, you do not need to have a binge eating disorder to join. This is great for anyone struggling with overeating, yo yo dieting and anyone who wants to find food freedom and a sense of calm around food. If you aren’t sure if this is the right program for you, feel free to book a call and I will let you know!

  • This is not a weight loss program. While you may lose weight from binging less (or not at all!), balancing your plate, and supporting your health and hormones, you also may not. I do not believe that you can recover from a binge eating disorder while actively trying to lose weight.

  • Of course! I am happy to continue to support you in whatever capacity you may need, for as long as you need it.

  • Of course! I love working in a circle of care and believe it can be extremely beneficial. If you would like to loop another practitioner (therapy, medical or other) into this work I am happy to accommodate that .

  • 100%. I believe in bio individuality- we are all unique and as such our nutritional and recovery needs will vary from person to person. Within this program everything we do is personalized to you.

  • The free call gives you a chance to share with me what your are experiencing and ask any questions before committing to the recovery program. It gives me a chance to make sure this program is right for you .
